NBTA Members Meeting (Q1) - Sydney

The National Bulk Tanker Association (NBTA) 1st Quarterly General Meeting  (Q1) for members will be held on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, at AMPOL Head Office, Alexandria, NSW.

Event Schedule:

Location: AMPOL Head Office 29-33 Bourke Road, Alexandria
8:30 AM – Arrival sign-in and coffee
9:00AM – Meeting commences - Welcome from Ampol
9:15 AM – NBTA projects and advocacy 
9:30 AM – EPA DG licensing and tanker design approvals
10 AM – Tanker Industry: Current & Critical Issues Forum
11 AM – PBS requirements for DG vehicles and fluid slosh
12:30 PM – Meeting close followed by lunch

Visitor Information and Arrival Instructions

Parking
The visitor guide notes that underground parking is available; however, spaces are limited and we are unable to reserve parking for this meeting.

Attendees are encouraged to consider the following alternatives:
-  Public Transport: Green Square Train Station is located a short walk from the office.
- Street Parking: Limited street parking is available in the surrounding area. This might be up to a 10min walk away.
Secure Parking: All-day parking is available at Secure Parking facilities on Bourke Road:
No. 54 Bourke Road (adjacent to the office)
No. 28 Bourke Road (a short distance further along the road)

Arrival and Check-In
Upon arrival, please check in via the lobby kiosk. You will be prompted to enter your details and nominate your Ampol host.

Have a coffee on us 

We've allowed additional time prior to the meeting for all members and guests to check-in and mingle in the cafe downstairs.

Feel free to order a coffee and something to eat from the cafe. Just give your name and say your with the NBTA - it's on us.
